The Empress
Upright
fertility · abundance · nurturing · sensuality · creative growth
The Empress presides over a lush world of growth and plenty. She represents creative abundance, the body's wisdom, and the patient nurturing that brings ideas and relationships to fruition. Tend to yourself and your projects with care, and they will flourish.
Reversed
creative block · dependence · smothering · neglect of self
Creative energy is blocked or misdirected. You may be over-nurturing others at the expense of your own needs, or neglecting the care that your projects require to grow. Reconnect with sensory pleasure and natural rhythms.
